Entry Fee: Per Person £5 . Maximum 2 pieces. Framed work (up to 50cms x 60cms)
or unframed canvases no larger than 70cms x 90cms and must be ready to hang,
with contact details on back. No clip frames.
Whilst every care will be taken, the Alma Mata and the organisers will not responsible
for any damages or loss which may occur in the handling, displaying or storing of your
artwork. Please label ALL packaging and make secure all fixtures and fittings of your
work so they are safe to be handled and hung. Any that are considered to be unsafe
will not be displayed. Insurance for exhibiting artwork can be found at www.saa.co.uk.
Entries: Must be presented at the Alma Mata between Mon 8th to Fri 12th June
Alma Mata Opening Times: 12noon to 11pm
Prizes: Judging will take place Mon 15th June and winning entries and runners-up
will be notified the same day.
