My life changed quite dramatically in my mid forties when,
after 24 years of sport and the bicycle trade, I went off to
Nepal to teach English and trek to Everest base camp. It
gave me a chance to see myself (and therefore the world)
more clearly.
Now working for Mencap as a Support Worker with Adults
with Learning Disabilities, in Henley.
Recently, I have been producing portraits and figurative work
that I hope reflects an ability to connect with people beyond
words and conversation.
